Vendor applications are closed for the Omaha Wizards Yule Ball to be held on January 25, 2020. Applications will open for the next Yule Ball, to be held in December 2020, after the end of January – date and location TBA.
A very limited number of vendor spaces are available at the Yule Ball each year. We strive to ensure an engaging variety of magical merchandise is available to Yule Ball attendees. Bootleg/infringing merchandise is strictly prohibited.
Each vending space includes one table and two chairs; each space is 10 feet deep and 8 to 10 feet wide. Spaces vary slightly due to the presence of structural supports in the vendor hall. Larger spaces may be available on request, at additional cost; such requests are tightly limited due to space limitations. Two event wristbands are included with each space. Additional wristbands may be purchased through the Ticket Page.
Applications will be submitted through a webform on this page, and invoices are paid online through Square.
